Will your dumpster damage my driveway or property?
When do I pay for my dumpster rental?
Reserve your spot with a simple upfront payment — this includes your dumpster rental and up to 1 ton of disposal. If you need extra time or go over the included weight, no worries — we’ll handle those charges after your rental wraps up. You’ll also get an official weight slip from the landfill, transfer station, or recycling center so you can see exactly what amount of weight was dumped.
What are the prohibited items?
Dirt (over 100 pounds), Concrete (over 100 pounds), Fluorescent Bulbs, Liquids of any kind, Fuels of any kind, Liquid paint, Chemicals, Oil, Fertilizers, Highly Flammable Items, Asbestos, Poisons, Toxins, and Propane Tanks.
What if I need the dumpster for a bit longer?
Don’t worry! As long as the dumpster is still available, we allow extensions for $35 a day, for up to a total of 7 days per rental. On the 8th day we will allow you to renew your rental for the initial booking price.
Will there be additional charges at the end?
We always aim to keep our pricing clear and straightforward. However, because every job is a little different, some details can’t be set in stone. For any disposal weight beyond what’s included, there’s a charge of $0.06 per pound. Some service charge options may not include any disposal weight at all. For example, If prohibited items are placed in the dumpster, extra time is needed, or weight limits are exceeded, we’ll send you a final invoice before closing out your rental—and any additional charges will be applied to the card on file.
Is it possible to have the dumpster placed in the street?
We can absolutely deliver a dumpster curbside! Just a heads-up—it takes a little extra planning. Most cities require a permit before we can place a dumpster on public property, so we’ll help guide you through that process if needed.
Is there a weight limit on my dumpster service?
How high can I stack trash inside the dumpster?
Please keep materials level with the top edge of the dumpster, also known as the “Water Level.” Do not load above the Water Level Line. For safety reasons, anything stacked above that line may be removed, and additional charges may apply. In cases of excessive overloading, we may need to pause service and charge a holding fee until the load is adjusted.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
You don’t need to be present for delivery. However, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if there are any special details about the drop-off location—such as gate codes, tight spaces or turns that need to be made, or specific placement requests (Ex: Left side of driveway). These details help us ensure a smooth delivery. If we’re unable to complete the delivery due to missing or unclear information, a return trip may require a fee.
What do I do if I finish loading the dumpster before my 3 day rental ends?
Ready for a pickup? Just let us know! We’ll promptly collect your full dumpster. If you need a replacement, we’ll swap it out with a fresh, clean one to keep your project moving smoothly.
