Text us a photo or email us a photo: Take several photos of the items that you would like removed. Please take photos from different angles so we have a clear idea of the size and scope of what you need removed. We will call you back and give you a fair estimate on the spot. Step 2: SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP
Once we look at your photos and you agree to our fair estimate, we will schedule an appointment with you to come and pickup your items. You will be provided with an estimated time of our arrival for whichever day we agree on. We will keep you updated the evening before and the day of to make sure that your appointment goes as planned.
Step 3:
JUNK REMOVAL DAY
We will call or text you the morning of to confirm your pickup. 30-45 minutes before we ariive we will call/text you to let you know we are on the way. When our crew arrives, we will haul away everything that was agreed to, and make sure we leave your property nice and tidy.
Pricing – Junk Removal
Our junk hauling pricing is based on the amount of space that your items take up within our trailer. Our trailer is 16 feet long by 7 feet wide and 4 feet high. Our pricing is based on filling up one quarter, one half, three quarters, or filling up the entire trailer. We always maximize space when we fill the trailer by stacking the items neatly and in an organized manner so that we can maximize the space available and give you the best price possible. The price you receive for our junk hauling jobs will always include all dump fees, labor, and transportation fees.
There will never be any hidden fees in our pricing, or anything charges added to your total afterwards.
If the hauling that you need done requires labor type situations that were not disclosed when booking the service, there will be additional labor fees explained to you before we begin the work. Situations such as going up or down stairs, tearing down or demolition work on any items, having to bag items ourselves will result in our having to labor fees in addition to the original quote.
